What Program «Pride» is ?
Program «Pride» - is long - term program for reward customers АGS WOG, that includes opportunities  for customers AGS accumulation bonuses and it`s using in the future. The program operates at all AGS WOG.

Condition for getting card is getting gas any type. There is no total limit but there are little technical limitations of the volume filling depending on  fuel pump parameters set at AGS. The minimum filling volume is 2 liters.
 
How can I get member card of Program loyalty «Pride». Can I  get it just if I buy gas or when I buy some other king of goods? 
Sure condition for getting card is buying gas of any type.
 
How much does card «Pride» costs?
«Pride» card is giving for free at AGS station. The only condition for getting card is fueling car motorcycle with any type of fuel.
 
How the bonuses are going in the card?
Every time when you buy oil, fast-food of some other goods at the AGS WOG store for cash just show your «Pride» card for bonuses to the operator.
Conditions are next: for every spend hrn you get 1 bonus. For getting oil any type for 30 liters or more at the same time  -  you get 0,5 bonuses for every hrn you spend.
 
Would I get bonuses if I buy some other goods but oil?
Yes. You get bonuses for any type of goods instead  - tobacco products, recharge vouchers for cellular, and other goods that are in the Organiser`s  list that is at AGS.
 
How many bonuses is 1 spend hrn?
Conditions for going bonuses in are next: for every 1 spend  hrn get 1 bonus. For getting oil any type for 30 liters or more at the same time  -  you get 0,5 bonuses for every hrn you spend.
 
Since when I can accumulate bonuses?
You can accumulate bonuses after you get «Pride» card, including bonuses for the firs oil purchase.
 
How can I find out do i get bonuses when I make purchase for some goods or no?
You can see this information for current purchase that is shown in the receipt which cashier at AGS has to give you.
 
How can I find out how many bonuses have I already accumulated?
You can find out about bonuses amount:
- From information at receipt,
- Connecting to AGS operator,
- With special form at the Program site or in internet. (It is necessary to registry at the «Pride» program site to control amount  that left.Information is on the other side of the card)
 
What is the validity of the card «Pride»?
Card «Pride» is unlimited.
 
How long bonuses can be stored on my card?
Bonuses are stored on the card prior to their use.
 
What can I exchange bonuses on?
You can exchange bonuses on any product or goods that AGS has: gas any type, goods in the store or fast-food products except alcohol, low-alcohol products, tobacco and other goods that are in AGS list.
 
Where I can exchange bonuses ?
You can exchange bonuses at any AGS WOG Where this program spread out. Information that AGS take part in program says at the cash register at the entrance in the  hole.

How I can exchange bonuses?
Just owners of the cards can exchange bonuses, who pass registration in the database. You have to connect to operator AGS WOG for exchanging bonuses on some products or goods and show your card to operator. You exchange one bonus for one cop. of price of the product. Except spend bonuses you have to pay special price for every litter of oil or some product at the store that costs one cop.
 
Can I cover with money the price of the product if it costs more than my bonus amount is?
No. You can exchange bonuses just if it`s amount is enough for current purchase. You are not able to cover difference with money.
 
Can I the part of bonuses add to the next purchase If total of bonuses is more than total of purchase ?
Yes. Bonuses are saving on the card till the owner of the card use it.
 
How I can pass registration for getting card?
You need to fill in all necessary fields of registration form(with the star) for successful registration and leave registration form in any box at any AGS WOG,  that takes part in the program or give it to AGS operator.
 
Where I can get registration form rof registration?
Registration form you can get for free with start package at AGS WOG, in envelope with the card and information booklet. Filled in registration form you have to leave registration form in any box at any AGS WOG,  that takes part in the program or give it to AGS operator.
If you lost blank and would like to have the other one just ask operator. 
 
Can I fill in registration form for getting main card for other person(wife, son, husband...)?
No. Cause the sigh of the owner is 
confirmation of agreement to the terms of the client public offer, registration form has to be filled in and sighed by the owner of the card.
 
What advantages besidesaccumulated bonuses let take part in program of loyalty «Pride»?
Besides possibility to accumulate and spend bonuses, member of program «Pride» automatically become members of the actions and regular draws of prices, gifts and fuel that runs throughout the year.

- You did not go through registration,
- Card is additional,

Already 20 days pass since I filled in registration form, but I still can not use my bonuses, and why?
Probably your registration form was filled in not correct, missing words in fields nessecarry for filling in or is hard understand letters. ВYou can drive to any AGS WOG, and get new registration form blank from operator AGS, that takes part in program «Pride». Accumulated bonuses are saving on card anyway.  
 
I do not get bonuses when I refueling for coupons (oil cards, information), why?
The rules of program says that bonuses are going into your card just for goods that customer pay cash or by card.

Why I did not get bonuses when I bought cigarettes?
Rules of the program «Pride» says that bonuses do not go in your card for buying tobacco, recharge vouchers for cell phone, other possible goods, the list has Organizer at AGS.
 
Today I made purchase at AGS and used AGS card, why I still can not use bonuses?
According to program rules «Pride», bonuses will be available during 24 hour after transaction.
 
Why when I exchange bonuses for oil or goods I have to cover with money?
Bonuses are not way to pay, it just decides measure the degree of client fees for purchase at AGS WOG. Measure is rule to buy  by client oil or goods at AGS WOG as much as many bonuses you have for special price - 1 cop. per 1 litter oil or per  1 kind of goods at AGS. 
 
Why after third purchase during the day bonuses stop going at my account?
Rules of program «Pride» says that bonuses that get on the card at one point (at one AGS) just for first three transactions per 24 hours.
 
I lost my card. Can I get new one with saving bonuses from old card?
You are able to block your card «Pride» if you lost it for saving accumulated bonuses. Bonus remainder  at the moment when was blocked will go to a new card.

Procedure for getting new starting package is standard. After getting new card you have to call back on hot line, tell your phone number and  and confirm data, that were added to the registration form last time for transfer saved bonuses. You do not have to refill registration form. 

How can I make bonuses for my purchase go to my relative`s card?
If you want your bonuses go to your relative`s card «Pride», automatically your card has to be additional, аnd your relative`s card - the main. You can make your card additional just after getting new card «Pride» at AGS WOG. Process for getting is standard. 
After getting card «Pride» you have to fill in registration form. While filling in registration form just put mark  in a field «additional card» іand show the number of the card «Pride», that you want to transfer bonuses on. After register data from registration form all your bonuses will transfer on current card automatically.
 
Why I can not be owner of both cards: additional and the main?
Rules of Program Pride says that owner of the main card can not be owner of additional card.
 
Why bonuses from additional card do not go to my card? The other question - Why my card registered as additional but bonuses go to the main?
For possibility bonuses from additional card  «Pride» be available for pod holder of main card you need:
- Both members - card holders have to be registered at database of Program;
- Additional card «Pride» was not blocked.
